The project's primary objective is to convert three separate residential apartments on the second floor of the Zomorod Building, with a total floor area of approximately 210 square meters, into a unified, organized, and efficient headquarters for Kohan Radman Kand. The intervention aims to establish an office environment with a clear spatial structure that reflects the company's organizational hierarchy. The program includes the CEO's private office, a conference and reception area, and dedicated sales and finance departments, all organized through clear spatial and functional relationships. The existing apartment layout created a fragmented spatial structure that was incompatible with the requirements of a central office. Acoustic interference, inefficient circulation, and the lack of integration between functional areas reduced the overall efficiency of the workspace. The design strategy focuses on consolidating the three units into a coherent spatial system and reorganizing their functional relationships to create a professional, contemporary, and calm working environment with a restrained architectural language. The project seeks to improve workplace performance while reinforcing the company's organizational identity through a clear and integrated spatial organization.
